This vintage cabinet or a bookcase dating from the 1970s has been enhanced by a refurbishment and the application of teak and Danish oil to protect it and bring out the colour and the grain. It is made out of exotic timbers, mostly Burmese teak in a mellow medium light teak color, and the cuts were carefully chosen to accentuate the wood figuring and grain. The cabinet has four drawers and a single removable shelf inside it so it could be used for multiple purposes, and has been customised by a set of handmade steel hairpin legs measuring 20 cm in height. The piece remains fully functional with very little to almost no signs of damage.
